At RestyleFX, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at sales@restylefx.com as soon as possible.

Because many of our products are produced specifically after an order is placed, returns and refunds are handled according to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must generally be:

Unworn and unused

In its original condition

In its original packaging, when applicable

Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at sales@restylefx.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Please report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items as soon as possible after delivery.

Change of Mind, Size, or Color

Because our products may be made specifically for each order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Ordering the wrong size

Choosing the wrong color

Changing your mind after the order has entered production

Incorrect information provided by the customer when placing the order

Please review the product description, size guide, color selection, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

If you believe there is a problem with your item, contact us and we will review your request.

Order Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at sales@restylefx.com.

We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once an order has entered production or fulfillment, it may no longer be possible to cancel or modify it.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will normally be issued to the original payment method.

After a refund has been processed, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless the refund is related to an error on our part or a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have been notified that your refund was processed but have not yet received it:

Check your bank or payment account again.

Contact your card issuer or payment provider, as processing times can vary.

Contact your bank to confirm whether the refund is pending.

Exchanges

We generally provide exchanges or replacements when an item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

If you need assistance with an exchange or replacement, contact sales@restylefx.com before sending anything back.

Sale and Promotional Items

Eligibility for refunds on sale or promotional items depends on the reason for the request.

A discounted item that arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect may still qualify for a replacement or refund after review.

Return Shipping

Do not send products directly to RestyleFX, the manufacturer, or a fulfillment facility unless our support team has provided you with specific return instructions.

If a physical return is required, we will provide the appropriate return address after reviewing your request.

Unless the return is required because of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning an item. RestyleFX is not responsible for return packages that are lost before reaching the designated return location.

Refund or Replacement Abuse

RestyleFX reserves the right to refuse refund, replacement, or return requests where there is evidence of fraud, misuse, repeated abuse of the policy, or inaccurate information provided in connection with a claim.
